Using NoetaMind

NoetaMind provides AI-assisted tutoring for high school and university STEM subjects, and, for organizations, AI-assisted training content for teams and classes. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts have daily usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans (Premium, Student) renew automatically until cancelled and are billed via Stripe or PayPal. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within 14 days of a Premium purchase will be honored in full — contact support.

The Student plan requires verification with a valid school or university email address. We may revoke Student pricing if we determine the verification was fraudulent.

Organizations, Teams, and Classes

If you create or administer an organization (business team or educator class), you're responsible for the accuracy of content you upload or generate, for having the right to invite the members you invite, and for how your organization's admins use member data. Business and Whitelabel pricing is currently in early access — features, and pricing are subject to change, and we'll communicate material changes to active organizations directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use NoetaMind to generate harmful, illegal, or academically dishonest content in violation of your institution's policies, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or resell access to the consumer product without a Whitelabel agreement with us.

AI-generated content

Lessons, quizzes, and explanations are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. Use your judgment, particularly for high-stakes academic work — NoetaMind is a study aid, not a substitute for verifying important facts through your coursework or instructor.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

NoetaMind is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy and reliability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
